Privacy notice

This notice explains how NoorTech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“NoorTech”, “we”) handles personal data you give us through this website, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you visit the website

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The website uses one session cookie that it needs to work, including to protect the enquiry form from misuse.

The Contact page shows a map from Google Maps, or from OpenStreetMap where Google is unavailable. Showing it connects your browser to that provider, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the NoorTech staff responsible for replying to it. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for [retention period] after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Your rights

To see, correct or stop our use of the personal data we hold about you:

1. Write to [privacy contact email], saying which of these you are asking for.

2. We confirm who you are, so that we only ever give your data to you.

3. We reply within [response period].

If we change this notice, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
